Something not working, or an idea to share? Email us. Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what device you’re on.

Back up your tucks

Open your profile (the circle in the top right of Home), then tap Back up your tucks to save a file. Keep it somewhere safe, like Files, iCloud or an email to yourself. To bring everything back, tap Restore from a backup and choose the file.

Export an inventory

Open a trip or a move and choose Export inventory as PDF. You get every bag or box with its photos, items and status, and you can save it, AirDrop it or email it.

Add Tuck to your home screen (web)

Open Tuck in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. If a change doesn’t show up, open Tuck in Safari once, then close it from the app switcher and reopen it from your home screen.

My tucks disappeared

Tuck stores everything on your device, so clearing your browser’s site data or deleting the app removes it. If you have a backup file, restore it from your profile. If you don’t, email us and we’ll help where we can.
